Dawnn brings with her over 30 years of customer service, administrative support, and marketing experience. Building customer relationships, and ensuring each client receives outstanding service and support, are what drives her, as she constantly strives to better herself every day.
Dawnn’s responsibilities at Lofy Group include:
- Assisting in preparation for Client Strategic Planning and Review Meetings
- Coordinating task follow-up, including Meeting Memos to Clients and Staff
- Coordinating Client signings including via electronic signature
- Coordinating document processing between Clients and LPL and third parties
- Special Projects
- Witnessing and/or notarizing Client documents
- Assisting other Staff members as needed
Dawnn’s husband Craig and two rescue pups are her loves, and spending time with them outside of work is what she enjoys most. If she isn’t camping, hiking, spending time at the lake, traveling, or attending dog events, Dawnn can be found relaxing in the backyard playing frisbee with the dogs. Every day with her pups is an adventure and dogs are her true passion.
